Doing an update review as I have been to almost ever Chinese spot you can go to in or very close to Gary/Merrillville/Hobart area... This is STILL the BEST Chinese spot around. Flavors are phenomenal. You will NOT find another place in the ENTIRE MIDWEST that has a better sauce for there Egg Foo Young. It is so sweet and savory, not like the bland, goopy gelatin other places serve.
Trust me, ANYTHING you order will be packed with delicious flavor. My ONLY issue is the Egg Foo Young only comes with 3 instead of the normal 4 and the Lo Mein is smaller then most places. If they could fix those things this place would be PERFECT!!! Even then, it is perfect. -

This is such a great little lunch spot. Great service, great food and good vegan options. They have a large selection of lunch specials. I ordered veggie fried rice (contains no egg) with a veggie stir fry. They have vegetable rolls that also contain no egg.

We love this place. The food is good, the people are friendly, and everything is reasonably priced. They also deliver in a timely manner--my food was still hot!

Been ordering for a while with no problems here but tonight got something very gross. I ordered some lobster fried rice and the lobster was not cleaned. Even worse all the peices of lobster still had it lower GI track in it.. aka lobster shit and guts. I called to inform them and was told I was the 4th person to call about it? Then was told it was the company they buy it from fault because it comes clean from there. I asked do you inspect your Ingredients / devein and wash before cooking them because that would solve it. Then was told I was wrong and that it was this companies fault that they but it from.
Will not be ordering from here again. Rude. -

This was an awesome place. All the food cane so quickly and was so fresh that it was almost too hot to eat. The items that were fried, were fried to perfection and the serving sizes were huge! Highly recommend this.
On a side note, my husband is always sarcastic and the server answer him in kind. It was pretty funny
